  • TIE is just not a small piece of cloth!

    MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE CARING THE FOLLOWING THINGS ALONG WITH THE
    CLOTH WHICH TIES AROUND YOUR NECK:-
    Always greet others with a smile and say Good morning/Afternoon/Evening/thank you, Good-bye (Where ever it is applicable).

  • Never show others that you are upset or tired.

  • Never ignore or mumble on others greeting.

  • Never start your answering in telephone with “Yeah, yes, Um, etc “

  • If others make mistake inform them politely and guide them calmly through the right procedure.

  • Never treat others as though they are stupid or less important than you are.

  • Never answer others query with “I don’t know”. If you don’t know the answer, politely guide them to an official who does.

  • Always give first priority and full attention to those who came first to you. If necessary with his permission you can deal some other matters. Never make others wait while you finish your unimportant works.

  • Always ensure that you are well groomed and smartly dressed. Don’t slouch in your chair, Don’t smoke, chew-gum or eat while working.

  • Never lose your temper or shout, This will only make your job more difficult.

  • Always make sure to inform your co-worker that where you will be available after you gone out from your seat/office.
  • Maximum try to avoid your seat vacant.

  • Always make sure you understand what the second party is saying. Never try to guess what he/she means.

  • Always speak clearly. Don’t speak fast or mumble. Sharing of your idea from your mind to others need proper communication.

  • If you are giving instructions to others make sure they have understood and calmly repeat
    instructions. If they have not understood the first time, Never assume that because you said it once others are going to understand. Keep in minds that if they can do it they are suppose to sit in your seat.

  • Always look at the person you are talking to. Never talk to him while looking at documents or at the floor or at someone else.
